For ongoing, continuous website maintenance and support Red Leaf Development proposes a retainer arrangement to provide priority on-call services and project management. Services are be provided on an as needed basis and deducted from the available retainer.
Payments are expected to be prepaid and will be due on the 1st of each month for that following period's retainer. Any overages will be invoiced at the end of the period at our normal hourly rate. Any time not used cannot roll over into the next month's retainer.
Priority changes and changes requested to be done during non-business hours will be billed in 1 hour increments. Normal business hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, except for holidays. Work will begin within 2 business days of the time requested. Priority work will begin within 4 business hours of the request being received.
All of our retainer contracts have a pre-defined term (agreed to in the contract) and at the end of the term they automatically renew for the next term unless written cancellation is given to Red Leaf Development at least 10 days prior to the end of the term.
