About the Project

Born and Bicknell is a national physician recruitment and staffing company based out of Florida. Born and Bicknell needed to improve their company brand and attract more physicians, hospitals and doctor offices though a better website. We re-designed their website, added new functionality, and re-launched their website in March of 2009.

Solutions / Results:

• Created a new design and added new functionality
• Developed interactive tools to display job listings, allow physicians to search, sort, compare, and apply for positions online
• Created a custom web-based Intranet and database for in-house and remote staff to maintain all aspects of work related to company needs
• Integrated in-house database with external website database so that both the Intranet and website have the most current job listings and applicants
• Consulted on best practices for IT needs in corporate headquarters
• Host website and database
• Developed in-house automated email tools for reaching out to physicians when new matching jobs are available
• Developed and implemented SEM (Search Engine Marketing – eMarketing) program
